Privacy and collection information

Private inventory: The inventory tool stores coin details, research URLs, valuations and notes only in your device's browser storage. We do not transmit those entries while you use the tool. The browser's print or export functions create files on your device. Clearing browser data or using private mode can erase your unsaved inventory.

Optional seller inquiry: If you submit the selling conversation form, the information you type (name, email, optional phone, region, approximate size, intent, summary and consent choices) is sent to the site's same-origin lead intake endpoint /api/lead. Your inventory rows, price estimates and browser storage are not sent automatically. We use the inquiry to respond, evaluate an appropriate introduction, and manage follow-up in our lead-management system.

Optional sharing: We will only share your submitted contact information and description with up to three potentially suitable coin buyers or appraisers if you separately check the sharing box. Such recipients will be independent businesses, not necessarily our employees. A referral relationship may involve compensation, which will be disclosed. Do not submit confidential estate documents or precise storage locations through the form.

Routine data: Servers may log IP addresses, device/browser information and timestamps for operation and security. Basic referral data and campaign parameters can accompany an inquiry. The public educational pages require no account.

Operator, contact and retention: The site identifies its operator as Scout Theory LLC. Before enabling live seller inquiries, publish an operational privacy-contact address, confirm the actual processor/subprocessor list, retention period and request-access/deletion procedures. These details have not yet been verified in this draft.

We do not request bank information, government identification, home storage addresses or photographs of the full collection in the public form.
